01- The contexte CLP
Yann Menez, president of the company OnSen, which specializes in water and energy management, approached us with an innovative footbath project: GEYSER by CLP.
The goal is ambitious: to develop the first smart footbath that eliminates any maintenance and cleaning operations, making the footbath experience much more pleasant for the customer.
A bold design has been created by La Cime Design, which we need to adhere to.
02- The first prototype
The goal of this phase is to create a functional first prototype that can be tested, validated, and improved.
- Choice of nebulization technologies

- Development of the Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
- Mechanical development, based on metal sheet and plastic molding

03- Optimization and Final Prototyping
Following successful tests of the first prototype, certain optimizations were made to offer the perfect product. This phase also includes creating a prototype that fully represents the final product: color, paint, etc.

04- Validation in Real-World Conditions
It’s time to jump into the deep end and test this product under real-world conditions: intensive use in a public swimming pool. The customers and users are harsh on the product, which undergoes significant wear and tear.
